Marحaba - Makharij and Siffat
The Messenger of Allah said (ﷺ): "People will come to you seeking knowledge. When you see them say to them: WELCOME, WELCOME, in obedience to the injunctions of the Messenger of Allah. And instruct them in knowledge."
قال رسولُ اللهِ صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّم: "سَيَأْتِِيكُمْ أقْوامٌ يَطْلُبُونَ العِلْمَ، فَإذا رَأيْتُمُوهُمْ فقُولُوا لَهُمْ: مَرْحَبًا بِوَصِيَّةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ، وأقْنوهمْ"* - أقنوهم بمعنى علموهم.

Is it advisable to do the makharij and siffat program or the nooraniya program?
